How we bring entrepreneurship to the classroom from Tetuan Valley

A few weeks ago we finished the sessions of the #CRIFStartupSchool Program for Vocational Training teachers, together with CRIF Las Acacias.
Through a 6-week journey, the participating teachers have had the opportunity to work on solutions to real problems, developing their projects as a team.

The objective of this program is to allow teachers to experience and learn, first hand, about how the entrepreneurial process works. In this way, they will be able to transmit their knowledge to their students, as well as implement innovative dynamics in the classroom that encourage entrepreneurship, improving performance.

Each weekly session has covered a different aspect: Design Thinking, effective presentations, idea and user validation, business models and metrics, product development and UX, legal and financial issues and investment.

The participants have practiced presenting projects through pitching, receiving feedback from experts after each of the presentations.

The main values we work with are:

-Generate solutions to real problems.
- New work methodologies.
- Accepting failure as part of learning.
- Digital tools.

During the month of January we will meet again for follow-up sessions, checking how they have implemented their knowledge in the classroom and reinforcing their ideas.

Education is undergoing a process of change and renewal, and from Tetuan Valley we continue to work on providing values and new methodologies for the leaders of the future.
