Innovation as an engine of growth - Mutua Madrileña and Tetuan Valley

Seven Mutua Madrileña teams solve internal challenges with the help of Tetuan Valley.

Digitalization is an increasingly important aspect for companies, especially at this time, when it has become clear how important it is to be able to work digitally, with clear objectives, but without fear of rectifying.

This is something that startups and entrepreneurs are very aware of. From the beginning of their trajectory, the user becomes the center of the product, continuously surrounded by important concepts such as: problem, solution, validation or metrics. After years working with digital projects, we have developed specific programs to promote intrapreneurship in companies, institutions and large corporations.

Mutua Madrileña has trusted Tetuan Valley to work with its internal teams. Thanks to innovation and agile work methodologies, they propose new solutions in order to respond to some of the challenges faced by the company.

Since 2015, Mutua Innova has been carrying out a plan to promote its Digital Transformation, which includes this Intrapreneurship Program that we are facilitating. The objective of these 6 months of work is to create teams capable of identifying opportunities and materializing innovative value propositions.

In addition, this program has participants from different parts of the world (Spain and Latin America) and from different departments or work areas. Each of these multidisciplinary teams has been assigned a challenge presented by the company, whose solution is being considered focusing on the lines of work offered by Tetuan Valley.

All the months of work and sessions will culminate in Demo Day, where the teams will present all the projects to a jury. Mutua Madrileña's senior management will choose three winners, whose solutions will be implemented at a later date.
