2020 Intrapreneurship program.

6 month program for the employees of the entire Mutua Group companies, helping multidisciplinary teams from different parts of the world.

The goal was to develop innovative and quality solutions for different challenges posed by the company.

Result:

50 trained employees, 7 graduated teams
3 winning projects with which the Mutua Group will work to develop innovative products.

2019 Pitch Practice program for employees.

Training sessions for the employees of the company, with the aim of presenting their ideas to the management of Mutua Madrileña, and compete to enter the Intrapreneurship program.

Two editions in which we trained more than 100 employees on how to present a pitch and do effective presentations.
