Women4Cyber Spain : This is a non-profit organization that promotes and implements projects and activities aimed at increasing the positioning of women in the field of ICTs, especially in cybersecurity, to achieve a more inclusive, diverse, and participatory social and business ecosystem.
Tetuan Valley: A community dedicated to training and helping entrepreneurs launch and grow their ideas. Through its learning methodologies, Tetuan Valley attracts and trains entrepreneurs to support them in their growth, with a community of mentors and experts who connect them to the ecosystem. Since 2009, it has trained digital entrepreneurs in Europe and has more than 1,500 entrepreneurs.

What does the program consist of?
W4C Startup School is a training and mentoring program designed to support startups and projects with solutions in the field of cybersecurity that have women on the team.
It consists of training sessions designed to provide founders and entrepreneurs with tools and resources.
During the program, the chosen startups will be accompanied and mentored by experienced entrepreneurs and international cybersecurity industry experts.

We look for projects that solve problems in the cybersecurity environment to promote and accompany them in their initial phases.
We ask that at least one member of the founding team be a woman, as we want to make diversity visible in the sector and support female entrepreneurs who wish to do so.
The program is designed for both new projects and those seeking traction and visibility.

It is an intensive training that brings together in 6 weeks the essential topics to boost your project with emphasis on the value of an effective presentation for the final Demo Day.
Sessions topics include: product validation, marketing and sales, sources of financing, legal basics or lean startup mindset.
Throughout the program, the selected startups will be accompanied by mentors with experience in the cybersecurity sector.
Subsequently, it will be possible to continue expanding the training within the open sessions of Tetuan Valley.

The next edition is scheduled for October 2025 and will last six weeks, including several in-person events.
Each week there will be a specific training on entrepreneurship.
We will dedicate a full day to the contact between mentors and projects, to make the most of the connection.

We accompany the startups before, during and after the program, as part of the Tetuan Valley and Women4Cyber spain community.
