Express Acceleration in Cybersecurity: Boost Your Startup with Security

In an environment where threats in the digital environment are constantly evolving, cybersecurity has become a fundamental pillar for the growth and sustainability of any startup.

The data speak for themselves:

  • Increase in cyberattacks in Europe: In 2024, Europe experienced a 64% year-on-year increase in recorded cyberattacks, the region with the largest increase.(Source : NTT DATA)

  • Economic impact in Spain: In 2024, cybercrime in Spain reached losses of 10 billion euros, double that of the previous year.(Source : El País)

  • Affecting SMEs: In 2024, 96% of the self-employed and small businesses in Spain were subject to cyber-attacks, many without even realizing it.

In our Applied Cybersecurity Express Acceleration Program, we help startups strengthen their digital security, protect their technology assets and comply with key regulations (such as GDPR and ISO 27001).

In addition, startups that complete the program receive the INCIBE cybersecurity seal, a recognition given when they reach the milestone of adding a cybersecurity component to the project that increases its credibility, improves its positioning in the market and generates confidence in customers and investors.

What does the Express Acceleration program offer?

Our program is designed to be precise and practical, with a focus on the actual application of cybersecurity solutions. Through personalized tutorials and hands-on exercises to detect potential vulnerabilities and risks, and extend that knowledge to all employees in the organization, participants acquire the necessary tools to protect their digital platform, detect vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.

The program is carried out in collaboration with INCIBE - Instituto Nacional de Ciberseguridad (National Institute of Cybersecurity) and includes 20 hours of mentoring with cybersecurity experts, allowing startups to improve their security posture in a maximum of 3 months.

How does the program impact startups?

We have asked our Alumni about their experience in the program and this is what they highlight:

💡 "The program has allowed us to understand the importance of cybersecurity as a key pillar in our processes, both internally and for our customers. Before we joined, it was an important pending but not at the center of our priorities. Now, thanks to the program, we have a mini roadmap to implement best practices and improvements in this area. In addition, we have been able to identify the basic needs Gloop has at the moment, which has given us clarity to move forward with confidence." - Hernán Hernández from Gloop
