Startups selected for the Incubation Program
We are very pleased to announce the 20 startups that have been selected for the First Edition of the Incubation Program in collaboration with the National Cybersecurity Institute (INCIBE) .
This initiative is part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (Next Generation), financed by the European Union . This is the Spanish government's project that lays out a roadmap for the modernization of the Spanish economy, the recovery of economic growth and job creation, for a solid, inclusive and resilient economic reconstruction after the COVID-19 crisis, and to respond to the challenges of the next decade.
The primary goal of this is to foster the creation of new startups and the growth of existing ones. To encourage innovation and entrepreneurship, the Incubation Program offers training, mentoring, and connections among ecosystem stakeholders for early-stage projects looking to take the step toward market launch and acquire that commitment by formalizing their company.
On April 22nd, we held the launch event at Google for Startups Campus Madrid, where we provided an introduction to the collaboration and the program's foundations. We also provided a space to introduce the entrepreneurs who will be participating.
